Tiger Cup just finished. The Lions finally won after such a long long long long time. Didn't expect them to come this far, anyway well done guys! You are a microscopic step nearer to the World Cup.

Today had a great workout. Played 1 full hour of badminton...it's still not enough. Nevertheless, it was enjoyable, now I feel so healthy. And Joyce...she was the one who came up with the idea and in the end she couldn't come!
