Haven't had the time to update my blog. Today is a public holiday, I really envy those friends of mine who do not need to work. Oh well...the flu bug is back again! I'm sniffing and my throat is a bit sore. And I thought I just recovered 2 weeks ago...!$@^#&#(*
Tonight's biz was good and it was the 1st time in history that I'm put to in charge of the whole restaurant on a public holiday. Not only that, tonight's bookings were easily over 80 ppl. 6 of us including 2 un-trained crews, I have to oversee everything...make sure the 2 un-trained crews are doing their work well, evaluate their performances etc. It wasn't easy, not when your mucus threatening to drip anytime. I guess it's also a test set by my boss. I was chosen unanimously by my bosses to be the 'most suitable' person to train up new crews.
As I'm typing this, I have this piece of tissue stuck in one of my nostrils. *Sniff*
