Just 2 more days...

Time passes really fast...2 more days and I'll be flying off to East Timor. Went to the mission conference on 1st & 2nd Dec, was really blessed by the speaker, Jackie Pullinger. Also watched the video clips of East Timor, really terrible man. Some Timorese expressed their hopelessness thru their paintings. Their drawings are all quite morbid i.e souls with chains on them etc.

Just got news that the weather in that village which we are heading to is super hot and humid + lotsa mossies and flies!! And the water-pipe of the village burst! Really pray that the pipe will be fixed when we're there, if not no water to bathe!

I'm assigned to be the team photographer and also to be 1 of the 4 worship leaders! Oh man... my 1st time to worship lead! *GASP* but I believe God will give me the grace to do it well.

Btw, I'm starting to get homesick even before I board the plane!

So brothers and sisters, if you're reading this...do pray for my team and I. We really need to be empowered by prayers, because most of these Timorese are animistic...and they do invite some unknown spirits into their residence.
