My journey in Timor...day 7

Woke up like 5am in the morning because Dawn suddenly sleep talk so loudly! "I WANT BATTERIES, YOU GOT BATTERIES??!!" Man...what on earth was she dreaming about??

Anyway, we cleaned the house and packed our stuff then wait for the bus to pick us up and leave for Dili. Couldn't bear to leave Maliana, though the living conditions ain't that great...but...I missed the simplicity here.

We left Maliana ard 10 plus...and stopped by Balibo for lunch. Then we continue our journey back to Dili.


Praying by the bridge that separates the East from the West...

I reflected, this trip is really breaking grounds...no matter where we go...we paused and prayed. Finally at ard 4 plus -5, we reached Dili. Stopped by the market to get some souvenirs for some folks back home in S'pore and also to boost their economy. Hahaha...right!

Got back to Hotel 2001!!! Ahh... can have 'proper' shower at last though the water runs very very very slowly. Can't believe I'm going back to S'pore tmr! I am so gonna miss this place... and my team mates!!!

My Nike shoes started to disintegrate by the 3rd day of my trip. Well done! You have served me well all these years. It's time for you to retire.
